Alloy Wheel Refurbishment

Our brand-new purpose-built workshop is fully equipped with the latest wheel refurbishment equipment that has been designed to provide specialist treatments and care for your wheels.

From scuffs and scratches to more extensive damage, including crack repairs and buckles, you can be sure that you’re in the best hands with our team of expert auto technicians.

  • Alloys & Tyres Removed
    Once the wheels are removed from the vehicle, we start by removing the tyres, weights, centre caps and valves from the wheel.
  • Non-abrasive Cleaning
    We then send the wheels through our stripping process leaving just the bear metal of the wheel.

    The wheels are then assed for their damage by our head technician, before being sent to the correct workstation to ensure the wheel is repaired to the best condition.
  • Powder Coat
    We then media blast the wheel to remove any unwanted materials, this allows the primer to grip to the bear metal.

    The wheels are then primed and set to cure in our bespoke industrial wheel ovens.
  • Alloys & Tyres Removed
    We then apply the desired colour to the wheels, which is then cured again.

    After curing, we apply the clear coat. This is the final coat on the wheels, giving them their added protection and ensuring the best finish. We can achieve a Matte, Satin or Ultra-gloss finish to the wheels.
  • Powder Coat
    Once checked by quality control, your newly refurbished wheels are rebuilt. If new valves are required, we replace the valves before fitting the tyres. The wheels are then balanced and refitted back to your vehicle, ready for you to collect.
